We invite you to participate in an online forum (Enabling Advanced Cell Therapies – EnACT). EnACT is an online forum for international cell therapy research communities to address solutions to non-science barriers to clinical translation in their respective fields.

The EnACT Survey Forum is a structured survey on issues and solutions, their importance and applicability. The topics include incentives for public and private investment, business models, regulatory frameworks, ethics, capacity and workforce mobility, stem cell banking, health technology assessment, and interacting with health system payers.

You may respond to all or a subset of key issues and return as many times as you wish until the survey closes in early December. At that time we will compile the results and offer you the opportunity to comment further on our findings.

To access this online forum, you can make an account and login at: www.ualberta.ca/~enact

Note that your account information is confidential and your responses in the forum are anonymous.

After participating in any portion of the EnACT Survey Forum, you will be able to access the Open Forum where you can raise and respond to issues of specific interest to you.

A publication in the October issue of the journal Regenerative Medicine provides more information about the forum. It is accessible at http://www.futuremedicine.com/doi/full/10.2217/rme.12.59

Thank you again for your insights into this area of research, and we look forward to your feedback!
